Refund policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order.


2. Eligibility

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • No-reason return (unused and in original condition)

  • Product defects or quality issues

  • Incorrect or missing items

  • Slightly used items that do not affect resale

  • Exchanges if you are not satisfied with the product

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized products (unless defective)

  • Malicious or abusive return activities


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Voluntary returns (change of mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and preparing the return label.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect/missing items: Yuelf covers the return shipping cost and assists with the return label if needed.


4. Refund Currency

  • Refunds will be issued in USD, the currency selected for this policy in Google Merchant Center.
  • The payment provider may automatically convert the refund into the customer’s local currency at checkout.

5. Return Method

We support the following return method:

Mail-in Return (Postal Return)

Customers may return items by mailing them to our designated return-processing center.
Full return instructions will be provided after a return request is approved.

This method is accepted for:

  • No-reason returns

  • Exchanges

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Incorrect or missing items

Note: We currently do not offer in-store or pickup returns.

This facility is used solely for handling return logistics on behalf of Yuelf and is not the legal entity of the store.


7. Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.


8. Return Label Responsibility

  • Voluntary returns: Customers are responsible for preparing and paying for the return shipping label.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect/missing items: Yuelf will provide assistance and cover the shipping cost.
