    Shipping is not available to countries outside these delivery areas.

Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100. （Delivery area）
  • Shipping fees for orders under $100 are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Packaging & Safety

All crystal and jade products are securely packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos or videos, and we will assist you.

We usually entrust international express delivery for delivery, and the express company usually handles customs clearance on your behalf, so you don't need to do it yourself.

We do not cover customs clearance fees; these fees are your responsibility. Typically, the courier company pays the fees upfront and then charges you upon delivery. Customs duties vary by country/region, so the exact clearance fee will be based on the actual amount paid.

  • Customs Clearance Documents

You may need to prepare the following information to assist with customs clearance: product name, quantity, value, and, depending on the destination country, the recipient's tax identification number.
